People returning back to the Kathmandu Valley as the Dashain festival nears its end alight at Koteshwor Monday, October 13, 2008. Most migrants, who make up the main workforce of the capital of the country, leave the Valley for the Dashain festival which is considered the most important festival of Hindus of Nepal.
